GIS247 Licences & Pricing
There are three types of licence available to access training for ArcGIS and MapInfo at GIS247.com:
Ultimate, Set User and Academic/Charity.
All three licences provide access to ALL of the training courses and mini and super modules for your chosen software for ALL your user accounts. The main difference between the licence types is the number of users who have access from your organisation.
Please note that you can mix licence types together; e.g. obtain an "Ultimate" licence for ArcGIS together with a "Set User" licence for MapInfo or vice versa.

"Ultimate" Licence (10+ users) (previously named Unlimited)
An "Ultimate" licence allows an organisation to create as many user accounts for that organisation as required during their licence period. This licence is the most cost effective option when 10+ users are required.
User accounts can be added and deleted as necessary and any number of users can access GIS247 concurrently. All users are able to access ALL the training courses and modules for their chosen software.
An Ultimate licence is available for either 1 or 2 years for access to either ALL the ArcGIS training or ALL the MapInfo training. A licence is also availble for access to ALL the training for both ArcGIS & MapInfo.

"Set User" Licence (2 to 9 users)
A "Set User" licence is suited to an organisation who wishes to provide training to less than 10 GIS users. The licence allows a set number of user accounts to be created (from 2 to 9) during the licence period. User accounts can be added (up to the maximum the Set User licence has been purchased for) and all can access GIS247 concurrently. All set users are able to access ALL the training courses and modules for their chosen software.
The price matrix below shows the licence price for a different number of set users. It is possible to add additional users throughout the licence period by simply paying the price difference between the "Set User" licence you have and the "Set User" licence you want. You can also upgrade a "Set User" licence to an "Ultimate" licence by simply paying the price difference.
12 and 24 month licences are available.

"Individual" Licence (1 user)
An "Individual" licence may be available to independent GIS users who do not belong to an organisation i.e. students, independent consultants, etc. Please Contact Us to discuss your requirements and to determine if this licence will be available to you.

“Academic/Charity” Licence (up to 60 users)
Academic Institutions and Registered Charities can gain access to GIS247 by purchasing a special type of licence. This licence allows up to 60 user accounts to be created with 30 concurrent users allowed at any one time. All Academic/Charity users are able to access ALL the training courses and modules for their chosen software.
The price matrix below shows the licence price for 1 or 2 years.

All prices in US$ are exempt from VAT (the customer must be based outside of the UK).
All training and related material is in the English language.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card. Full payment for a GIS247 licence must be received and cleared before a user log-in is given to the site. Your licence start date will be any agreed date after full payment is received. Training support is provided once full payment for support is received and cleared.
